Drink one scoop, once daily in a glass of water, coconut water, juice or mixed into a smoothie. Contains no added gluten, dairy, sugar, soy or nuts. Whole Plant Ashwagandha
Adapt contains a concentrated whole plant standardised ashwagandha root extract - equivalent to 3,000mg of dry root per serve. We use the full-spectrum root extract because the whole plant matters. No isolated fractions. No shortcuts. Just a concentrated, quality extract that respects the way this adaptogenic herb has been used for thousands of years.

Magnesium Glycinate. The form your body actually absorbs.
Adapt uses magnesium glycinate dihydrate, delivering 300mg of elemental magnesium per serve. Glycinate is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium, and glycine itself is an inhibitory amino acid that supports a calm nervous system. The choice of form is intentional.

Activated B Vitamins. For the women who can't convert.
Adapt contains activated B2 (riboflavin sodium phosphate), activated B12 (mecobalamin), and activated folate (5-MTHF/levomefolate). For women with MTHFR gene variants or compromised methylation, activated forms bypass the conversion step entirely and go straight to work. This is a clinical decision, not a marketing one.

Taurine + Glycine. The ingredients others skipped.
Adapt includes 750mg taurine and 1,850mg glycine per serve. Both are amino acids that play a role in inhibitory nervous system function. Most stress supplements leave these out. We put them in because the formula is built around what actually supports calm, not what looks good on a label
